Zephaniah Wristen is a dedicated entrepreneur and skilled professional in the construction and remodeling industry, with a career that spans over a decade and a commitment to excellence in every project he undertakes. His journey began at a young age in Texas, where he started working full-time at just 14 years old in a restaurant and furniture store to help support his family. This early experience instilled in him a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility that would shape his future endeavors. 

At 16, Zephaniah ventured into the construction industry, discovering his passion for building and design. Shortly before marrying his lovely wife, Maribel, at the age of 19, he relocated to New Mexico, where he began honing his skills in the drywall industry. This experience provided him with valuable hands-on knowledge that further solidified his understanding of the trade and the importance of hard work. 

By the age of 20, Zephaniah joined one of the largest kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies in Albuquerque. During his six years as an installer, he developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of client needs. His dedication and leadership qualities led him to a management position for the subsequent two years, where he successfully oversaw numerous projects and mentored a team of skilled workers. 

Seeking to expand his horizons, Zephaniah made the strategic decision to join a competing firm to gain insights into the sales aspect of the industry and deepen his knowledge of project management. Over his three years with this competitor, he excelled in building additions and managing various trades, further broadening his expertise. 

In 2016, following a wealth of experience and a desire to forge his own path, Zephaniah obtained his licensing and launched his remodeling firm. Under his leadership, the business has flourished over the past eight years, evolving to include home building services and transforming the lives of families by creating beautiful and functional living spaces.   

Today, Zephaniah Wristen is recognized not only for his exceptional skills in remodeling and construction but also for his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. His journey from a young worker to a successful business owner, alongside the support of his wife Maribel, serves as an inspiring testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence in the construction industry.

In his role as a Mortgage Lender, Juan brought his financial expertise to the forefront, helping clients navigate the complexities of securing financing for their real estate endeavors. With over seven years in the construction industry, Juan has also excelled as a home builder and investor. His experience in construction management ensures that projects are executed with precision and care, while his investment acumen has led to the successful identification of real estate opportunities that maximize returns.
