In 2016 we began with one simple mission: to offer our dedication to quality, integrity and exceptional customer service to Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Starting with kitchen and bathroom renovations, we quickly earned a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and seamless project execution.

We are proud now to have expanded our services to include home additions and new home construction. Zephaniah Wristen, Founder

Zephaniah Wristen

Zephaniah is a dedicated entrepreneur and skilled professional with a career spanning over a decade. His journey began at a young age in Texas, where he started working full-time at 14 to help support his family — instilling a strong work ethic that would shape his future.

At 16 he entered the construction industry, discovering his passion for building and design. He relocated to New Mexico, honed his skills in the drywall industry, and by 20 joined one of Albuquerque's largest kitchen and bath remodeling companies — spending six years as an installer and two more in management, overseeing projects and mentoring a team.

In 2016, after a wealth of experience and a desire to forge his own path, Zephaniah obtained his licensing and launched his remodeling firm. Under his leadership — and with the support of his wife Maribel — the business has flourished, expanding to include home building and transforming the lives of families with beautiful, functional living spaces.

Juan Portillo

Juan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across finance and construction. He began as a Financial Consultant and banker, providing clients strategic financial advice that drove growth and ensured stability.

As a Mortgage Lender, Juan helped clients navigate the complexities of securing financing for their real estate endeavors — his dedication and understanding of the mortgage market making him a trusted advisor.

With over seven years in construction as a home builder and investor, Juan ensures projects are executed with precision and care, while his investment acumen identifies real estate opportunities that maximize returns. His unique blend of construction and financial expertise lets him offer clients an integrated, client-focused approach.
