Our Process

A proven process that guides you through design, decision-making and construction with ease — no matter which project you select.

Free Consultation

Typically in person and on location, we step through and assess your wants and needs — your lifestyle, vision and budget. This initial step is completely free, with zero pressure to move forward.

Budget

We provide a rough budget range based on our initial discussion and site assessment. If the range fits your expectations, it's a green light to proceed. Note: larger projects may require a non-refundable design fee to measure, design and create construction documents.

Detailed Measurements

With scope and budget established, we gather all existing conditions, identify any potential issues and discuss challenges.

Design

Time to get excited. Your designer presents one or two designs of your project. We won't pick materials just yet — the focus is on form and functionality.

Selections

With the design complete, we start picking materials. You'll be paired with a professional designer to ensure the complete vision is achieved.

Pricing

The final step is to review your final design and selections and see the total cost, along with financing options if available. Everything looks good? We'll sign the Remodeling Agreement and schedule your project for construction.
